Regina Griemsman

Regina joined GMA as the Head of School in August 2023. She has been involved as a parent since 2019. She has served on the board of directors before serving as the Head of School for three years. She is a strong Christian and is passionate about GMA’s vision and mission. As a board member, she worked tirelessly on fundraising, marketing, and substitute volunteering to become familiar with the inner workings of the school.

Regina has a Master’s in Non-Profit Management from Regis University in Denver, Colorado, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Colorado in Philosophy. She has worked for several different non-profits over the course of her career, such as Eagle Mount of Bozeman, The Bozeman Senior Center, and the Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch. She also served as the Executive Director of Yellowstone Big Brothers Big Sisters for three years. Growing up in real estate management and working for her family’s property management business from time to time, she has gained a diverse skill set that encompasses communication, organization, problem-solving, financial management, and legal knowledge in addition to being fairly handy. Regina is experienced with human resource issues, fundraising, public relations, and interpersonal skills. Her passion for Christian Montessori education is evident as she has seen firsthand the benefits.

In her free time, Regina can usually be found at home cooking a meal, watching a movie with her family, reading her bible study, or hiking with her family. Her family has several horses and enjoys helping local ranchers with their cattle, attending the local O-Mok-See games or just pleasure riding out in the pasture or up in the mountains.
