Karen Force moved to Billings from Colorado four years ago with her family. She holds a BA and MA in Biology from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colorado. For the past 17 years, Karen has cherished her role as a homemaker. Her favorite specialties include being her family’s head chef and event planner, blending creativity and care into everyday life. She has worked in the classroom with grades K-5 at her kids’ elementary school in Golden, with tasks varying from giving math and spelling tests and reading intervention to assisting in the lunch room and at recess. Her passions are rooted in nature — from hiking, camping, and paddle boarding to biodynamic and permaculture gardening, working with fascia, reading a variety of novels, and spending time with her family (including 3 cats and 1 very large dog).
